intensity workout out there, and has been created by a man named Shaun T. Shaun was born and bred in America and now lives in New York City. He was always bothered about his own personal fitness as a young boy, and was brought up playing football, baseball and competing seriously on the track. As he got older he specialized in sports science and particularly workouts and became an elite fitness trainer, and he has trained some of the best athletes in America.
The insanity workout is the second major program that has been developed by Shaun T, who also created one called Hip Hop abs, thanks to the dance influence in Shaun’s life. The insanity workout review is a very good program for those who are brave enough to take it on because it does involve hard work for sixty days, but gives superb results at the end of the time. The workout stretches the limits of what people thought should be done in a workout, but it seems to be working!
